New Weekly Podcast: Electronic Realms Takes to the Air... um, the internet.

Greetings, fellow synth fanatics! I have been steadily purchasing electronic albums lately and have built up a modest collection from eBay, thrift stores, and online outlets. I am especially excited when I find a "lost treasure" in the back of a record bin somewhere. I have so many great albums that I began to think of the best way to preserve these amazing works of art for myself and future listeners. After considering my options, I decided to host a weekly podcast spotlighting my favorite tracks and hopefully introduce them to some new listeners along the way. I chose Mixcloud.com as the new home for the podcast first and foremost because Mixcloud actually pays artists their royalties, and secondly, because they allow live streaming.

We are off to a great start with three episodes so far! I reached out to some of my composer friends, and they have been very supportive with free albums and some amazing promos. I hope this is just the beginning of a long and prosperous relationship.
